Description

The WAS GN 79 GN 1/9 gastronorm tray is a stainless steel container designed for professional kitchen storage, preparation and service, with a deep 150 mm profile that maximises ingredient capacity in a compact footprint. Built to standard GN dimensions, it drops directly into gastronorm-compatible bain-maries, refrigeration units, and prep counters found in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and canteens.

Constructed from stainless steel at 0.6 mm wall thickness, the GN 79 series offers reliable durability for daily use. Its narrow GN 1/9 format makes it ideal for condiment stations, garnish inserts and portion-controlled ingredient wells where counter space is at a premium.
