The WAS GN 75 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/3 format, built for food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens. At just 20 mm deep with a closed, non-perforated bottom, it holds 0.75 L — the right size for portioning sauces, garnishes, condiments and mise en place in bain-marie units or refrigerated inserts. Compliant with EN 631, it fits standard gastronorm equipment across restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and cafés.
Manufactured to WAS article 7513020, each tray is formed from stainless steel at 0.55 mm wall thickness — sturdy enough for daily professional use while keeping weight low. The shallow depth makes it ideal for shallow inserts in countertop displays and prep lines where space and speed matter.
