Description

The WAS GN 70 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 2/3 format, built for storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens. Compliant with EN 631-1 (DIN EN 631-1) gastronorm standards, it fits seamlessly into standard GN equipment — bain-maries, blast chillers, prep tables and gastronorm shelving alike.

The solid bottom construction and 0.6 mm stainless steel gauge deliver reliable durability for daily heavy-use environments. At 40 mm depth it handles sauces, garnishes, side dishes and mise en place with ease, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens.
