Description
Description
The Unox XEBL-16EU-E1RS is an electric bakery convection oven from the BAKERTOP MIND.Maps™ BIG ONE line, designed for high-volume pastry and bread production in bakeries, hotels, restaurants and catering operations. Running on 29.3 kW at 400 V / 50 Hz, it holds 16 levels of 600×400 mm baking trays — or 16 GN 1/1 pans — and reaches temperatures from 30 °C up to 260 °C using electric injector steam generation for precise humidity control throughout the bake cycle.
Control is handled through a 9.5-inch MASTER.Touch ONE touchscreen with MIND.Maps™ multi-step graphical programming, letting production teams build and store complex baking programs without specialist training. The stainless steel interior and removable inner glass door keep cleaning fast between runs. Standard delivery includes the XEBTL-16EU roll-in trolley, a multi-point temperature probe, and a full water connection kit — so the oven is ready to install with a 3/4" inlet on arrival. Baking trays are sold separately.
