Description

The Unox XEBL-16EU-DPRS is a commercial trolley combi steam oven from the BAKERTOP MIND.Maps™ BIG PLUS series, designed for high-volume bakery and pastry production in professional bakeries, hotels, and large-scale catering operations. It accepts 16 standard 600×400 mm bakery trays loaded via a roll-in trolley system, reaching a maximum temperature of 300 °C with electric convection and steam injection for precise, consistent results across every batch.

Control is handled through Unox's 9.5-inch MIND.Maps™ touch panel, which enables programmed baking cycles and process monitoring without interrupting workflow. The oven ships complete with the XEBTL-16EU roll-in trolley configured for 16 trays, so loading and unloading a full batch is a single operation — minimising handling time during peak service. At 38.5 kW on a 400 V three-phase supply, this unit is built for continuous high-output shifts rather than occasional use.

Its footprint of 892 × 925 mm and roll-in construction make it a practical fit for dedicated bakery lines and commissary kitchens where throughput and repeatability are the priority. Note that baking trays are not included and must be ordered separately.
