Description
This 154 L uni-drawer unit holds 6 GN pans up to 150 mm deep and switches between a -21°C freezer setting and a +1/+4°C cooler setting at the controller, so one cabinet covers both jobs.
Each of its two drawers switches cooling or freezing independently, so one side can chill while the other freezes and menu changes never leave capacity stranded on the wrong setting. Castors (4 wheels, 2 with brake) make it easy to reposition, ventilated cooling gives a fast pull-down, and the worktop carries up to 240 kg while each drawer takes up to 60 kg of stock. It runs at energy class G (10.17 kWh/24h) on R290 refrigerant, trading a little efficiency for the flexibility of switching duty as the menu changes.
