Description
This 51 L uni-drawer unit holds 2 GN pans up to 150 mm deep and switches between a -21°C freezer setting and a +1/+4°C cooler setting at the controller, so one cabinet covers both jobs.
The single drawer switches between cooling and freezing at the controller, so one footprint covers both jobs as the menu changes. Castors (4 wheels, 2 with brake) make it easy to reposition, ventilated cooling gives a fast pull-down, and the worktop carries up to 240 kg while each drawer takes up to 60 kg of stock. It runs at energy class D (4.85 kWh/24h) on R290 refrigerant, trading a little efficiency for the flexibility of switching duty as the menu changes.
