Description

The Supra Spreading Spatula SZ81015B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a narrow, straight 15 cm blade for spreading icing, fillings and batters evenly across cakes, pastries and other prepared dishes. Its slim profile also suits portioning and levelling small amounts of food in professional kitchens.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish. It meets the black SEBS handle in a smooth, hygienic joint, and the handle is ergonomic, anti-slip and contains an antibacterial additive. All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.

The same model is also made with a 12 cm blade. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864.
