Description

The Supra Small Spatula SZ12012B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a straight 12 cm (4¾") blade for fine confiserie and plating work, such as spreading fillings, smoothing icing and lifting small portions in pastry and dessert kitchens.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916), the material used across the Supra range. The black SEBS handle is anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and is sterilisable, and the spatula is made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
