The broad 19 × 15 cm blade is forged from nitrogen-enriched NITRO-B stainless steel (grade 1.4916), giving it the rigidity and corrosion resistance demanded by continuous service use.
The ergonomic handle is made from antibacterial SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene), offering a secure, non-slip grip during fast-paced service.
