Supra Premana Cheese Knife SW24016B, 16 cm

The Supra Premana Cheese Knife SW24016B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a narrow, tapered 16 cm (6¼″) blade with a blunt end, made to be driven into a whole wheel of hard cheese and levered apart rather than sliced. It shares its name with Premana, the Italian town where Ambrogio Sanelli makes its knives.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
