Supra Parmesan Knife, Serrated Blade SW10015B, 15 cm

The Supra SW10015B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a spear-pointed parmesan knife with a 15 cm (6″) blade, serrated along one edge so the point saws through the rind before it is levered apart. It is used the same way as the other Supra wedge knives, to open and portion a whole wheel of hard cheese.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
