Description

The Supra Pizza Knife SP77016B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional pizza knife with a 16 cm serrated blade for cutting and portioning pizza in pizzerias, cafes and casual dining kitchens.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

Sanelli also makes this knife with a white HACCP handle for bakery and dairy products. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional knives in Premana, Italy, since 1864.
