Supra Emmenthal Cheese Knife SW19017B, 17 cm

The Supra Emmenthal Cheese Knife SW19017B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a flat, square blade measuring 17 x 17 cm (6¾″ x 6¾″), with a bridge-shaped handle set above the blade rather than behind it. The shape lets you press straight down through a firm, holed cheese such as Emmenthal without the handle touching the surface.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
