Supra Cheese Knife, Perforated Blade SW47022B, 22 cm

The Supra Cheese Knife SW47022B from Ambrogio Sanelli has an offset 22 cm (8¾″) blade with rectangular cut-outs along its length, stepping down below the handle so your knuckles clear the board as you cut. The cut-outs reduce the surface touching the cheese, so slices release from the blade cleanly.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
