Supra Curved Baker Knife, Microserrated Edge SP82026B, 26 cm

The Supra Curved Baker Knife SP82026B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional curved baker's knife with a 26 cm (10”) microserrated blade, one of four blade serrations in Sanelli's Pane 4D range for bread and pastry work. The fine microserration gives a controlled cut through crusts and delicate baked goods without tearing the crumb, for bakeries, pastry kitchens and catering bread stations.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The Pane 4D range offers this curved baker knife with four different blade serrations at the same 26 cm length: soft, hard, wave and micro, and each is also available with a white HACCP handle for bakery and dairy work.
