Supra Chef's Knife SC49016L, 16 cm, Blue

The Supra Colore Chef's Knife SC49016L from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional chef's knife with a 16 cm (6¼") blade, 4.4 cm deep at the heel, and a blue HACCP handle for fish and seafood. It gives a professional kitchen a knife kept for fish and seafood, so the same blade is never used on other food categories.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The blue SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations.
