Vegetable & Fruit Cutter, 350 kg/h, 0.515 kW

The Sirman TM TG is a professional vegetable and fruit cutter designed for high-volume prep in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and food production kitchens, delivering up to 350 kg/h throughput from a compact 0.515 kW motor running at 300 rpm. Built from aluminium alloy and stainless steel, the machine is driven by a toothed high-torque belt and a ventilated motor engineered for continuous operation without overheating.

A standout feature is the exclusive hopper design: no central chopping wedge and a 360° rotating aluminium-stainless steel top that guides product cleanly onto the disc. Safety is built in at every point — the machine will not start unless the cover is seated, with additional interlocks on the pusher, lid and receiving tray. The TM TG accepts the full range of Sirman TM series discs (slicing, shredding, sticks and cubing), giving prep teams genuine flexibility across vegetables, fruit and mozzarella. Both single-phase and three-phase versions are available.
