Description
The Saro VANESSA AV is a black powder-coated cake display cabinet for cafes, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments, with a 510 litre gross capacity (293.1 litres net) across two adjustable glass shelves measuring 1370 x 311 mm on top and 1370 x 371 mm on the bottom. LED lighting runs per glass shelf and at the base, and an air duct outside the glass drains condensation to keep the display clear. Double glazing covers all four sides, with a 2-part sliding door at the back.
The cabinet is rated for climate class 4, with digital temperature control, fan cooling and automatic defrost holding +2 to +8 °C. Connection is 220 to 240 V, 50 Hz, 0.550 kW with R290 refrigerant. Internal dimensions are 1440 x 585 x 640 mm and external dimensions 1500 x 680 x 1200 mm including the four castors, two of which lock; net weight is 179 kg.
