Description
The Saro UX-40SBDD is an undercounter glasswasher for restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels and other service areas, built for washing glasses quickly and repeatably during service. The stainless steel housing and wash arm sit behind a double-walled door 300 mm high, and the machine takes a 400 x 400 mm glass basket, a matching universal basket and a small cutlery basket, all included. Four wash cycles of 90, 120, 150 or 180 seconds cover light to heavy soiling, and detergent, hydraulic rinse aid and drain pumps are built in.
A renewed tank design cuts water use, and maximum glass height is 300 mm. The boiler holds 4.5 litres with a 2.5 kW element, the tank holds 9 litres with a 1.2 kW element, and the connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, single-phase, drawing 12 A. External dimensions are 490 x 540 x 710 mm and net weight is 41.5 kg.
