Description
The Saro FREIBURG is an undercounter dishwasher for restaurants, bistros, cafes, bars and canteens, built to wash glasses, plates and cutlery together. The stainless steel housing and wash arm sit behind a double-walled door 320 mm high, and the machine takes a 400 x 400 x 130 mm glass basket, a 400 x 400 x 110 mm plate tray and a 110 x 110 x 130 mm cutlery basket, all included. A single 120-second wash cycle runs the machine, with a pressure reducer, a dirt filter and detergent, hydraulic rinse aid and drain pumps built in.
Maximum plate height is 295 mm and maximum glass height is 290 mm. The boiler holds 3.5 litres with a 2.5 kW element, the tank holds 17 litres with a 2.5 kW element, and the connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, single-phase, at 2.8 kW. External dimensions are 470 x 510 x 710 mm and net weight is 42 kg.
