Description
The Saro TITUS is an electric vegetable cutting machine for restaurants, commercial kitchens, canteens, catering operations and preparation kitchens. It slices, grates and dices vegetables, nuts, chocolate, cheese and tomatoes, and comes with five interchangeable discs: 3, 4.5 and 7 mm graters and 2 and 4 mm slicers, so one machine covers several cutting jobs. The housing is stainless steel and aluminium, with a semicircle feed hopper.
It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply drawing 0.75 kW; external dimensions 325 x 655 x 545 mm, net weight 26 kg (29 kg gross). Further discs for julienne, dicing and French-fry cuts, plus a storage rack for up to eight discs, are available separately.
