Description

The Saro SV44 is a floor-standing spiral mixer for pizzerias, bakeries and other commercial kitchens that process larger quantities of dough. It kneads doughs of about 44 kg, with the spiral running at 90 rpm and the bowl at 10 rpm, in a container of 500 x 270 mm.

The housing is reinforced, powder-coated steel, and the bowl, dough hook, central shaft and safety guard are stainless steel. Connection is 400 V, 50 Hz, 2.1 kW; external dimensions are 530 x 820 x 700 mm and net weight is 95 kg. The SV25 and SV38 can be selected above.
