The Saro stone plate is a baking-stone accessory for Saro's convection and combination ovens, extending their use to pizza, bread and other baked goods. This version is sized for the DIG 5, DIG 7 and DIG 10 ovens, measuring 600 x 400 x 15 mm.
It weighs 4 kg and is supplied in beige stoneware, made in Italy. Saro also makes matching stone plates sized for the EKO 595 and for the MID 4 and MID 6 ovens.
