The Saro aluminium baking tray is an accessory for Saro's convection and combination ovens, used for baking, heating and preparing food. This bakery-format version measures 600 x 400 mm.
It weighs 0.5 kg net and gross, and is made of aluminium in Italy. Saro also makes matching aluminium trays in 2/3 GN and 1/1 GN formats, and a version for the EKO 595.
