Description
This spit guard fits the Saro BTS-3 bain-marie trolley and screens displayed food from contamination during self-service and buffet use. It combines a stainless steel frame with a glass panel and inserts directly into the pre-drilled holes on the trolley.
The guard is supplied disassembled for easier transport and assembles quickly on site, without tools. Dimensions are 1235 x 300 x 470 mm and net weight is 15 kg (20 kg gross).
