Description

The Saro BTS-2 is a mobile bain-marie trolley for self-service and buffet areas, operated from the long side for ergonomic access. It has two basins for GN 1/1 containers from 20 to 150 mm deep, each with its own drain tap, and the temperature is adjustable between 30 and 90 °C.

The stainless steel body has a double-walled base for even heat retention; the trolley moves on four smooth-running castors, two with parking brakes, and a coiled power cable extends from 850 to 2500 mm. It runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 2 kW; external dimensions are 904 x 704 x 850 mm and net weight is 32 kg (43 kg gross). A matching spit guard is sold separately, and GN containers are not included. The larger BTS-3 can be selected above.
