Description
The Saro SOTUS 1 is a single-head milkshake mixer for ice-cream parlours, cafés, bars, restaurants and snack bars, used for milkshakes, mixed beverages and other cold drink specialities. It runs at 7,500 to 12,000 rpm and comes with a 0.75 litre stainless steel cup; the housing is stainless steel and it stands on four non-slip feet.
Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.08 kW; external dimensions 170 x 170 x 510 mm, net weight 3.5 kg, gross weight 4.1 kg. The twin-cup SOTUS 2, with two independently switchable cups, can be selected above.
