Description
The Saro EP7000 citrus press is designed for professional juice preparation in restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars and breakfast areas, working with different citrus fruits and offering a choice between clear juice and juice with pulp. A brushless induction motor reaches speeds of up to 1,400 rpm, the pressing cone separates the bitter part of the orange, and a drip-stop function supports clean workflows. The housing is cast aluminium, the bowl and lid are Tritan, and the strainer and pressing cone are stainless steel.
Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.34 kW; external dimensions 185 x 300 x 385 mm including the drip tray, net weight 7.4 kg, gross weight 9.55 kg. The power cable stores in a compartment built into the housing for transport.
