Description
The Saro SELF 125K is a countertop refrigerated display case for chilled, self-service presentation in restaurants, buffet areas, canteens, cafés, bakeries and retail. Sliding doors at the front and back give access from both sides of the counter. The stainless steel housing is double-glazed on all four sides with tempered glass sides and viewing panels, and two height-adjustable chrome-plated shelves (636 x 335 mm and 636 x 367 mm) hold the produce, lit from a top-mounted LED strip. Gross capacity is 125 litres, 88.2 litres net. It is one of three sizes in the Saro SELF K range (125K, 165K, 205K).
It runs on a fan-assisted, forced-air cooling system with digital temperature control and automatic defrost, holding 0 to +12 °C and suitable for climate class 4. Connection is 230 V / 50 Hz at 0.16 kW, refrigerant R600a. External dimensions are 702 x 568 x 686 mm, internal 662 x 480 x 410 mm, net weight 54 kg, gross 56 kg.
