Description
The Saro KATRIN is a refrigerated tabletop pastry showcase with a 100-litre capacity, designed for countertop display of cakes, pastries, and chilled desserts in bakeries, cafés, patisseries, and hotel breakfast counters. Its four-sided double-glazed transparent enclosure and two sliding glass doors give customers a clear 360-degree view of the display while maintaining a stable temperature range of +2 °C to +12 °C.
Forced-air cooling with automatic defrost keeps presentation consistent without manual intervention, while the digital thermostat gives staff precise control. LED internal lighting enhances product appeal without generating excess heat. The environmentally responsible R600a refrigerant and a modest 0.16 kW power draw make the KATRIN an efficient choice for operations where counter space and running costs matter. The black plastic housing fits neatly on any service counter at 682 mm wide and 675 mm tall.
