Description
The Saro B-200 is a replacement brass brush for cleaning pizza ovens and baking surfaces in restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchen areas. The brush head is wood and brass, sized 200 x 66 x 46 mm, giving a robust brush for dry cleaning of residues.
Weight 0.5 kg net, 0.6 kg gross. Saro advises keeping the brass bristles away from sensitive or easily scratched surfaces and replacing the brush if bristles come loose or the head is damaged.
