Description
The Saro AC-SP3 is a long-handled brass brush for cleaning baking surfaces, oven floors and work areas where food residues need to be removed reliably, and suits pizzerias, bakeries, takeaway outlets and professional kitchens. The head is anodised aluminium and wood with brass bristles, sized 200 x 60 mm, giving reach into deeper parts of the oven.
Overall length 1290 mm; weight 0.6 kg net, 0.75 kg gross. Saro recommends inspecting the brass bristles regularly and replacing the brush once wear is visible.
