Description
The Saro Rena 121 is a manual crank salad spinner for restaurant kitchens, commercial kitchens, canteens, catering operations and other food-service work areas, drying lettuce and similar leafy salad by hand after washing so it keeps a fresh appearance and a crisp bite for longer. The gearing is shock-proof, wear-proof plastic built for daily use, and the spinner has a 12 litre capacity.
It is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning between uses. The spinner is 330 mm in diameter and 430 mm high, and weighs 2.8 kg net. The larger Rena 251 (25 L) can be selected above.
