Description
The Saro ES-200 is an electric salad spinner for restaurants, commercial kitchens, canteens and catering operations, built to dry leafy salad in volume: it spins 10 to 15 kg per cycle for an hourly output of 240 to 720 kg, at two speeds of 350 and 900 rpm, with a timer adjustable to 60, 120 or 180 seconds.
The stainless steel housing and drip basket sit on castors with brakes for easy repositioning, and the lid is polypropylene; the basket measures 372 x 465 mm. Connection is 230 V, 50 to 60 Hz, 0.55 kW; external dimensions are 540 x 750 x 815 mm and it weighs 52 kg net. The smaller ES-100 can be selected above.
