Description

The Saro PROFRI 66 is a twin-tank countertop fryer for restaurants, takeaway outlets, food trucks, bistros and commercial kitchens that need higher frying volumes or two products in parallel. Each stainless steel tank is rounded with its own cold zone, and both temperatures are continuously adjustable up to 180 °C independently. The heating elements are removable for cleaning.

Each tank has its own safety thermostat, and the cold zones keep food residue from burning as quickly. Connection 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 2 x 3.25 kW; external dimensions 610 x 430 x 310 mm, net weight 12 kg. The smaller PROFRI 6, and the single-tank PROFRI 4 and PROFRI 44, can be selected above.
