Description

The Saro EF 88 is a twin-tank countertop fryer for the professional preparation of chips, snacks and other fried products in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens and catering operations. Each stainless steel tank is rounded and removable with its own cold zone, and both temperatures are continuously adjustable up to 200 °C independently. The heating elements are removable for cleaning, and each tank has its own drain tap for oil changes.

The drain taps simplify oil changes, and safety thermostats back up the thermostats. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 2 x 3 kW; external dimensions 590 x 420 x 387 mm, net weight 15 kg. The single-tank EF 4, EF 6 and EF 8 can be selected above.
