Description
The Saro PRE45/120 is a pizza peel for lifting, turning and removing pizza, pide or similar baked goods at the oven, built for pizzerias, takeaway outlets, commercial kitchens and catering operations. The perforated shovel is 450 mm, a step up from the PRE30/120 for bigger bakes.
The anodised aluminium construction is extremely light and impact and shock-proof, with a 1200 mm handle suited to a compact work area. Net weight is 0.8 kg. The smaller PRE30/120 can be selected above.
