Description
The Saro PRE-330 is a pizza peel for lifting, sliding under and turning pizza directly in a hot oven, built for pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway kitchens, bistros and catering operations. The head is perforated aluminium, 330 x 330 mm, so excess flour and semolina fall away as the pizza is loaded.
The anodised aluminium construction is lightweight and stable, and the long handle keeps the operator's hand well clear of the oven's heat. The head is joined to it with three rivets for a stable connection. Total length is 1840 mm and net weight is 0.6 kg. The larger PRE-360 can be selected above.
