Description
The Saro NÜRNBERG is an undercounter dishwasher for restaurants, bistros, cafes, bars and canteens, built for higher-volume glass, plate and cutlery washing with electronic control. The stainless steel housing and wash arm sit behind a double-walled door 360 mm high, and the machine takes a 500 x 500 x 100 mm glass basket, a matching plate tray and a 110 x 110 x 130 mm cutlery basket, all included. Electronic control offers three wash cycles of 60, 120 or 180 seconds, a self-diagnostic system, and a pressure reducer with peristaltic detergent and rinse aid pumps, a drain pump and a dirt filter.
Maximum plate height is 335 mm and maximum glass height is 325 mm. The boiler holds 6 litres with a 3.0 kW element, the tank holds 35 litres with a 2.8 kW element, and the connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, single-phase, at 3.6 kW. External dimensions are 570 x 600 x 830 mm and net weight is 59 kg. The three-phase NÜRNBERG 400 can be selected above.
