The Saro LANA is an electric countertop salamander designed for professional overhead grilling and finishing, operating on a standard 230 V single-phase supply and reaching temperatures between 50 °C and 300 °C. Its 430 × 355 mm chrome-plated grill grid sits on four pairs of adjustable U-rails, letting chefs dial in the exact distance from the heating element for precise browning, glazing, and gratinating.
Built for busy restaurant kitchens, hotel buffet lines, and café counters, the LANA's stainless steel housing keeps it easy to clean and durable under daily service pressure. A built-in 30-minute timer and pull-out crumb tray add practical convenience, while the compact 580 mm footprint means it fits on most prep counters without sacrificing workspace.
