Description

The Saro LANA salamander browns, gratinates, toasts and keeps food warm in restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and quick-service areas. Its chrome-plated grill rack sits on four pairs of adjustable u-rails, so the distance to the heating element can be set precisely, and a heat-insulating plastic handle keeps handling safe. A pull-out crumb tray and a timer of up to 30 minutes complete the equipment.
