Description
The Saro LQ / FTG4BAM is a floor-standing electric griddle plate, 800 mm wide, for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking, built for direct frying on a half smooth and half grooved grill surface. The body is AISI 304 stainless steel with a removable grease tray and a stainless steel splash guard.
It has a safety thermostat and runs on 400 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz at 12 kW. External dimensions are 800 x 900 x 850 mm, net weight 125 kg, gross weight 140 kg.
