Description
The Saro LQ / FTG4BAM is a floor-standing gas griddle plate, 800 mm wide, for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking, built for direct frying on a half smooth and half grooved grill surface. The grill surface is AISI 430 steel, 15 mm thick, set in an AISI 304 stainless steel body with a removable grease tray and a stainless steel splash guard.
It has a pilot flame and is preset for natural gas H, with propane nozzles included; connected load is 13.8 kW. External dimensions are 800 x 900 x 850 mm, net weight 125 kg, gross weight 140 kg.
