The Saro SOPHIE 160 is a refrigerated countertop display case for professional foodservice environments, offering 160 litres of chilled capacity at a consistent 0 °C to +5 °C. Designed to sit on a counter or pass-through surface, it draws just 0.18 kW, making it an efficient choice for busy service areas.
Double glazing on all four sides gives customers and staff a clear, unobstructed view of displayed products — ideal for patisseries, hotel breakfast stations, cafés, deli counters and restaurant front-of-house setups. Forced-air cooling with automatic defrost keeps temperatures stable throughout service, while independently switchable LED lighting lets operators highlight merchandise without adding unnecessary heat load.
