Description
The Saro KD-0213 is a stainless steel lid with a built-in pump head that turns a 1/3 gastronorm container up to 200 mm deep into a sealed sauce dispenser, dosing a 35 ml serving per press. It suits thick sauces as well as thin ones, and keeps the container sealed for clean handling and portioning.
It needs no electrical connection; external dimensions are 330 x 165 x 180 mm and it weighs 2 kg net (3 kg gross). Rinse it with lukewarm water and an odourless cleaning agent; it is not dishwasher-safe. The 1/4 GN KD-0214 and 1/6 GN KD-0216 can be selected above for other container sizes.
