Description
The Saro PD-001 is a stainless steel and chrome sauce dispenser for ketchup, mayonnaise and similar thick or thin sauces on a self-service counter or prep line, with a 4.5 litre canister and a click-action pump that doses up to 40 ml per press.
It needs no electrical connection; external dimensions are 180 x 180 x 420 mm and it weighs 2.2 kg net (3 kg gross). Rinse it with lukewarm water and an odourless cleaning agent; it is not dishwasher-safe. The three-dispenser PD-003 set can be selected above for serving several sauces together.
