Description
The Saro JULIAN is a countertop self-service refrigerated display for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, buffet areas, canteens and self-service zones, for the chilled presentation and controlled removal of food or snacks. Stainless steel housing, interior and drawer frame are combined with tempered glass sides and a two-part sliding door at the rear; two drawer compartments at the front let customers remove products themselves, lit by two separately switchable 4.8 W LEDs.
It uses static cooling with a circulation fan, digital temperature control and automatic defrosting, holding +2 to +10 °C. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.36 kW, refrigerant R290; external dimensions 734 x 665 x 798 mm, internal 607 x 490 x 450 mm, net weight 73.5 kg, gross capacity 168 litres (125 litres net).
