Description
The Saro HAJO 3100 BT combines frozen storage with a stainless steel worktop, for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering and canteens that want frozen ingredients at the prep station. Housing, interior and worktop are stainless steel; the three self-closing doors open onto 3 height-adjustable grids of 335 x 530 mm with support rails, and 60 mm insulation, forced-air cooling, automatic defrost and a DIXELL digital controller hold the cabinet between -20 and -10 °C.
The compressor pulls out for cleaning. Capacity is 280 litres net (358 gross) in an interior of 1230 x 580 x 560 mm; the counter measures 1795 x 700 mm, stands 890 to 950 mm high on 6 adjustable feet and weighs 136 kg net. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.57 kW, refrigerant R290, energy efficiency class D on a scale of A+++ to E. The other door counts of the HAJO BT series can be selected above.
