Description

The Saro GIANNI PS 900 is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter for pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchens. Two self-closing doors open onto a 285 litre stainless steel interior on two height-adjustable grids with support rails, and the granite worktop carries a raised rail for up to five 1/6 GN containers (not included), with a 475 mm deep work surface in front. Housing and interior are stainless steel.

It is statically cooled with a circulating air fan and an evaporator foamed on three sides, holding +2 to +8 °C under digital DIXELL/Copeland control with automatic defrost. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.23 kW; external dimensions 903 x 700 x 870-890/1090 mm, net weight 92 kg; refrigerant R600a. The larger GIANNI PS 903 can be selected above.
